Expert Portuguese Golden Visa Services
First introduced in 2012, the Portuguese Golden Visa (Autorização de Residência para Actividade de Investimento) allows non-EU/EEA/Swiss citizens to obtain residency in Portugal by making a qualifying investment.
Golden Visa holders enjoy:

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet several criteria to qualify for the Portuguese Golden Visa:
- Qualifying investment, such as:
- 500,000 in a Portuguese company creating or maintaining at least five jobs
- €500,000 in securities or investment funds
- €500,000 in scientific research activities
- €250,000 in arts, culture, or national heritage projects
- Creating or maintaining at least ten full-time jobs through a business investment
- Clean criminal record
- Proof of legal income
- Portuguese bank account and Tax Identification Number (NIF)
- Evidence of acceptable healthcare coverage in Portugal
Note: Recent changes under the “Mais Habitação” law (October 2023) removed residential real estate investments as a qualifying route.
